We've all been there -- you forgot your password!

Even the inventor of password security requirements, Bill Burr, has said that he regrets making password security requirements "too complicated" for the average user.  Whether you have an excellent memory that is currently failing you, or a password keeper / spreadsheet that you forgot to update, we have the steps you need to follow to get back into your account, below:


  1. First, click the Forgot Password? link found on the Pay Portal login screen.
  2. You'll be taken to a page asking for your email address as well as a basic human verification check.  Complete the fields and select Submit.
  3. You'll receive an email with a link in the form of a big green button, as well as a full URL, from our Pay Portal system.  Click that link and you will be taken to a new page.
  4. On this new page, you'll see two fields to enter and re-enter your new password.
  5. Once you enter your new password, select the Reset Password button to update your password.
  6. Now that you've updated your password, head back to the Pay Portal and login!
