Late fees... great.  But why?

Honestly, if we could avoid doing this, we would. But, as we have worked with great companies, we've also run into various problems collecting payment. So, we view our late fees more as an incentive to pay on time, rather than a punishment for not paying on time. We discuss payment terms when working with you, before ever sending you an invoice. Because of this, we feel it is fair to collect this fee when payment is past due.

How much is the fee?

We will charge 5% of the amount due for every 30 days that it is late. We do not apply the fee until you are 30 days past due.

How can I pay my invoice?

You can head to the Payment Portal to view your invoices and make a payment. You can also revisit any of the invoices we've emailed to you and click the link there to pay.

Can I avoid late fees?

If you find that exigent business circumstances (like COVID-19 closures or business loss) mean you may need a deferment on your monthly or yearly charges, please contact us to make arrangements.  We understand that you will sometimes need to defer payment by a few days, weeks, or an entire month.  However, our own operating costs are covered by your on-time subscription and invoice payments.  If we cannot cover those costs due to non-payment, then your services will be interrupted, or worse, shut down entirely.

We will offer up to 30 day deferments on payment before resetting the clock on late fee charges (30 days).
