What you can do in the Payment Portal
As a part of your business with us, you can review and maintain the following information in your payment portal:
- All invoices
- Statements
- Billing & Shipping Address
- Payment Cards
- Estimates
- Payments Made
- Projects
- Change your password

How to login to the Payment Portal
You will login to the Payment Portal using the same email address at which you receive your invoices. When you were invited to join the portal, you were asked to set your password. This is the password you'll use to login to your Payment Portal account.
I can't remember my password
If you do not know your password, you can select the Forgot Password? link found below the login form on the Deepwater Pixel Payment Portal page, or here:
You will be asked to provide your email address and confirm you're human with a basic reCaptcha test. You'll then receive an email with instructions to reset your password. Once you reset your password, you can login to the Payment Portal.
